Hi there welcome to my profile !

I am Cyril, 25 , I was born and raised in lovely south of France . I know live and work in the UK, I have lived in Spain, Sweden and Norway and it was great to see the differences between culture :)
About myself, people say I'm friendly , easy going, hard-working and independant. I love nature, languages and I'm very curious about unknown cultures.

I graduated last year from a master degree in animal behavior (sounds fancy right ?) but I am not keen on doing research therefore I don't really know what to do at the moment.
Last winter I spent 3 months on my own in Asia, it gave me a good break after my studies and it was very good to face different cultures and give new ideas for the future.
I might just go on a working holiday visa in Japan next year, I am learning japanese during my free time (and believe it or not I am having alot of fun ) :)

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in human kind, I try to help people as much as I can and be kind with everyone :)
We are not born equally, but we have the means to change the future of people by helping them to reach their dreams. That's precisely what I want to do in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing represents my way of travelling by meeting and experiencing people and their culture from all over the world !
I want to insist on the fact that couchsurfing is getting to know people by hosting/being a host.
Couchsurfing is not a free hostel and hasn't been created for that purpose.
It's a cultural exchange welcoming a stranger in your home and turning this stranger into a friend :)

Socialising , nextworking and helping each other that's what couchsurfing is about.

I love couchsurfing because I get to know people I might not meet otherwise. It's not only people, it's everything with them, their environment, personalites, dreams and homes ..
Everything taken together is such a beautiful picture :D

When I have the chance to be hosted by somebody, I always show up with a small gift :)

Interests

Anything can be interesting and with anyone, travelling everywhere, meet new people, sharing a cofee, having a nice talk, dinner at the beach , grilling food on a camp fire ..

I like to share with others and I believe that couchsurfing is a great way to meet people with this philosophy !

Basically , I can teach and share with you everything I know and you would like to discover :)
It goes from french cooking to my experiences in several countries etc ..

I play badminton for 14 years in a club, therefore I can also teach you some tricks if you are interested :)
