Easygoing, interested in making friends on long term basis, will try to make your stay nice and perhaps offer you some traditional food if i have any around the house!
Travelling should be easier, if you are a student or a young professional your request has priority.
I prefer early notice so i can accommodate you. However, exceptions can be made.
