About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am looking to find some land to build a creative centre for the exploration of ones inner-child through music, art, dance, movement and meditation
ABOUT ME
I have been fascinated with new adventures in new places ever since I went to India as an eight year old. I have lived in 6 countries, and have travelled through more than 40. I still look at the map of the world through the eyes of a child and think I have so much more to see. I have worked in the property industry and in the IT industry. I have worked in the fashion industry as a photographers assistant, and in the film industry shooting music videos, and TV commercials. I have lived in the Caribbean where I worked as a scuba diver, working with stingrays at close quarter. For the past few years I have worked as a teacher, spreading my understanding of life and how to best navigate it onto ones own path of love, light, laughter and freedom through my classes in yoga, and as a human potential coach.
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy on life is simple. I use as a measurement of whether I am on the right path the following guidelines. Does what I am doing fill me with a feeling of excitement? Does it bring me peace? And do I feel love? If so, then no matter what it is I am doing I know I am on the right path
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I am back in Europe, living in either Uk or Spain I would be delighted to offer my space to the couchsurfing community.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not yet had the pleasure to be offered a couch to surf, but had a wonderful meeting with a couchsurfing host in Kolkata (Calcutta) in India. Lots of fun :)
Interests
I am interested in life and all it has to offer. I love to play sports, to dance and sing. I love art and love to draw. I love to live my life around nature, exploring and playing in all environments. I love climbing, running, skiing, snowboarding. I have flown hot-air balloons. I used to race motor-cycles.I have riden my motorbike in the Moroccan Sahara desert. I have riden across India on an old Enfield Bullet. I have surfed in Brasil, I have para-glided in the Himalaya. I can throw a frisbee as well as almost anyone I have ever encountered. I love to juggle a football. I also practice the fire-staff. To try new things and new adventures is what really inspires the child in me to continue to play this wonderful game called life

Music, Movies, and Books
I worked in the film industry for years, and LOVE films..... too many to list here....I love to dance and sing, so any kind of music that inspires me to do these this is what I like. But if I am totally honest, then songs of love are those I love most! I love to read philosophical writings too. From the past - Rumi, Osho, Tagore. From the present - Eckhart Tolle, David Deida, Byron Katie. I am open to find new
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have climbed many mountains. I have dived to ocean depths that most people have only dreamed about. I have flown light aircraft and hot-air balloons. I have lived on a boat and sailed through South East Asia. I have worked on boats in the Caribbean. I have worked with stingrays, handling them and learning about their habitat and way of live. I have survived having my house torn apart around me in a hurricane in 2004. I went to Thailand after the Tsunami in December 2004 as a volunteer diver. I have volunteered as an aid worker in Ko Phi Phi, Thailand, helping restructure the island after the devastation caused there.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach yoga. I give breathing sessions to help release trauma from the physical body. I have sat more than 3 months in silent meditation and can offer guidance in this field. I love to share all I have experienced through my yoga classes which are as much as philosophy and breathing class as they are a physical bodily workout
