Quite a few,
1. Working as a bar tender in festival like Oktoberfest,
2. Saw the northern lights in Iceland,
3. Spend a whole night at the Florence central station in January at -6 C,
4. Watch an Arsenal match at Emirates,
5. Completing my PhD in 3 years 3 months,
the list goes on and on...
