ABOUT ME

I'd like to think of myself as a happy and friendly person. I'm always looking for new people and new experiences. I live in Kibbutz Shefayim, a small place not far from the sea. I know Israel very well, because I lived and traveled almost in every corner of this country, so I can help any tourist or visitor with many tips and ideas.

PHILOSOPHY

Take it easy, and enjoy the good cards of life when you get it. I think you should be happy with your past decisions, and to be brave about your future decisions. I'm trying to be open minded, peaceful and calm. (except in playing basketball where I´m trying to be narrow minded and to put on my war face.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I traveled in the US with CS. I met great people along the way, and fell in love with the idea. My trip there wouldn't been the same without this amazing site. From September 2010 I started to host people, mostly in the city of Haifa, and I met many new friends from all over the world.

Interests

Food. Good food, bad food, street food, home-made food, meat, wine, beer, big meals, to eat with other people, and to cook.
History. War times, peace times, very old, extremely new.
Sports. Especially basketball, and I'm always in favor of the losing team. That's life.
Books, Movies, Hiking and places with water.
I also like talking with people in buses and trains. (Can I consider that as a hobby?)
