PHILOSOPHY

I feel therefore i am. Light cannot exist without darkness (Yin & Yang). Every day is my first day (Rumi). All that touches me is my teacher.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Having fun with open minded people that enjoy questioning their comfort zone, going out/travelling/sharing common time with sports, cooking, laughing, dancing.... Travelling around and host Travellers.

兴趣

Sports. More Sports. Especially parkour, street workout and all kinds of body awareness stuff (Qi Gong/Tai Chi/Yoga/...). Because it's such a joy to move and feel!

Cooking, travelling, meeting people, sharing thoughts and experiences about why and how life happens... just sitting around smiling at the sun... there's so much! :D

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Swimming naked with Dolphins in the middle of the Biscaya Ocean, looking at the luminescent organisms everywhere around me (300km from the french coast)
Diving with sharks 2013 (near Borneo)
Sleeping alone in a remote ruin in a hammock in the Pyrenäe Mountains (north spain)
Seeing the never ending daylight at north kap (Skandinavia)
Apnoe Diving in Egypt, realizing i continued drowning after more then a minute because i felt so overwhelmed (Red Sea)
Facing myself and my fears (continuing)

I am a good craftsmen, able to help in many ways if needed. Teaching people about nutrition, health, movent of their body and how to think positively /constructive is an ongoing task in my life.

What i enjoy most if to support people understand themself by listening and asking questions and see their shining eyes when *something* happens inside them. :)

Well, what you need? I did so many things in my life, there will be always something you feel happy about having me with you. *smile*

I'm a good mechanic, know stuff about computers, cook very well in many diffrent ways (vegetarian/vegan/raw, allergic stuff...)... my friends say i am a great listener... i can make fire with wet wood (most times,,), i worked as a bodyguard and martial arts teacher... i have licences for cars, boats, diving,...love to play with kids and adults... worked on my own in several businesses and are confident in several business questions... just ask me if you need something! <3
