About Me
ABOUT ME
I am an independent scholar who defended her thesis about dreams and dream-telling in Ukraine and keep writing some crazy things about folklore=)
This is the official part of my life and I do like it a lot. But I am also fond of traveling, planing mostly short trip projects, taking photos and cultural exchanging...
I like visiting ruined castles which helps you to fill the spirit of the real history, I'm keen on rock climbing and dancing.
I'd been breakdancing for 6 years and even though I'm out of this now I can't stay quiet hearing funk music!=) I can't imagine myself without mountains, caves, ethnic culture, learning languages, good books, deep music, new journeys and of course - interesting people.
Also I try to do my best in volunteering taking part in international youth projects (Canada, France, Macedonia, Ukraine) and in local Ukrainian NGOs, especially now.
PHILOSOPHY
The world must think about peace and love, not about war.
Anti-putin philosophy, in a word.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At this moment we can host but not regularly because of our working schedule.
I want to learn other cultures as much as it possible, as a folklorist I'm always keen on some historic things and old believes so if you want to see and to know more about some "unofficial" places in Ukraine I'll be really happy to be your guide
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Hosting - in any time when we are not too busy.
I'm also free to show you around (but it's better to white in 1-week advance because I have to arrange the schedule)
I surfed in different countries and it was amazing! Some of these CSs became my greatest friends and came to my place later)
