I've been traveling for the last 7 months throughout asia. I enjoy traveling in unique, social and interesting way, and I like getting a sense of the local culture by hitchhiking, camping, couchsurfing or volunteer projects. This summer I was volunteering on a farm in Borneo, and this fall I look forward to explore the country and culture of Australia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I find couchsurfing an intriguing and interesting way of meeting new people and being embedded in the local culture.

I've hosted several couchsurfers that I met on a volunteering project organized by a close friend, and I enjoyed sharing experiences and showing them around in my home town, and consider them as close friends. Later I actually traveled and hitchhiked with one of those couchsurfers throughout Cambodia, and stayed with several other interesting hosts.
