About Me
Hi everyone!
My name is Daan, I'm a 25 year old guy from Haarlem, The Netherlands. Im working on my career as a DoP in Amsterdam where I learn everyday about the most beautiful craft there is: cinematography. Also, I'm an entrepreneur: I have my own video company called ‘Het Productiehuis'.
I love to listen to both dutch and US hiphop. Besides that I like a lot of other genres.
I bought a backpack 2 years ago because I wanted to motivate myself to go on trips more often. Im now at Bolivia, and I will visit Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since I was renting my room via Airbnb to earn some money (for the trip to the US and Canada). I started to realize how beautiful it is to share your house with 'random' guests from all around the world (I welcomed people from all continents)
I had a great time being the host of a small studio I lived in: I went on random drinks and hikes with guests and showed them my city.
When I get back in Holland I want to welcome CS people every now and then, cause sharing is caring.
Interests
Playing basketball, hike, meditate, new cultures, watch some TV shows and learn, learn and learn.
