Hee there! I'm really a couchsurfing newby. I heard a lot of good stories about it, but i never tried it out.

My name is Daan from The Netherlands. I grew up in the lovely town Breda, in the south of the country. They call it the pearl of the south, i think that says enough ;). I moved to Amsterdam for my study, psychology, and now i'm still working and living there.

I work as a freelance event manager. Organizing cool businibess events, fashion shows and dance parties is a big part of my job.

In my free time i spend a lot of time to art. I have my own online gallery and love to work on that. Check out @joosen.collection on instagram for a look.

Also i love sports!! Especially football (do you know NAC Breda? ;)). I do swimming, running and biking, but not in a triatlon.

I love to hang out with my friends, going to a bar, making dinner and have nice conversations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to get in touch with the real Iran and i think spending time and stay with local people is the best way to get that experience :).
