Interests

In daily life, my preoccupations are: Eastern Orthodoxy, geoinformatics, martial arts. I make a conscious effort to explore specifically these topics, though I am a curious person in general.

I love to engage with beauty, in the form of nature, traditional art, good design, sincere people. And it is important for me to live a healthy lifestyle. To stay active, be mindful of what you consume, and keep peace of mind.

Music, Movies, and Books

With anything, I consider the content. It's better not to spoil our minds with certain messaging.

MUSIC | wide variety of genres. Typical Caribbean tunes aren't my thing, ironically. Recently I've been more into Russian music, mostly hip-hop, but I have a fondness for post-hardcore and early-2000s EDM. Classical piano and Latin American music is also cool.

BOOKS | writings that challenge currently-held perspectives. It's great when the entire storyline or character arc turns out to have been an analogy for some sorta commentary. The past year or so, I've been reading mostly Orthodox texts, and scientific articles.

I used to love movies. Nowadays, I just don't find them to be the best spending of my time.
