About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To finish college with a degree in mechanical engineering, while spreading the love of Jesus and having as many adventures as possible

ABOUT ME

My parents were missionaries when I was growing up; so we always had random people showing up in the middle of the night needing a place to stay, or my dad would take pity on a homeless guy and let him take over the couch for a few days when it got cold outside. I loved the environment of always meeting new people and learned what it means to be a good host. Now that I'm in college my roommates and I decided to open up our house to try and make Gainesville a more friendly place.

I believe life is too short to waste. No one is guaranteed their next breath. So my goal is to live to the fullest and make an imprint on the world.

"The universe is so vast and so ageless that the life of one man can only be justified by the measure of his sacrifice."
- unnamed RAF pilot, 1940

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting Redwood National Forest as a kid with my parents is something that has really stuck with me. The tallest and biggest trees in the world are there, and they are an incredible site to behold. To this day I want to go back and make a giant tree house.

I recently (March 2012) took my first trip to the Caribbean. Pulling into Nassau and seeing the crystal clear, blue water made me want to buy a sailboat and never return to real life.
