ABOUT ME

I just finished university and will be a law student starting this coming fall (and will have a couch available then!). I will be studying international law at Washington University in St. Louis and want to eventually work in transnational law.

PHILOSOPHY

I am very laid back and tend to take things as they come. I refuse to worry about things that I can't control. I never take anything for granted and always try to stay positive. I have a natural curiosity about everything I experience and find even the simplest things quite interesting.

I'm currently traveling, but when I begin law school this August I will definitely have an open couch for anyone passing through St. Louis!

Interests

Like: People of all sorts, food, music, international relations, dogs, politics, London, seeing what I can, restoring my country's international reputation, The Economist, Students for Spoon, caucusing for Obama, UNESCO World Heritage Sites

Dislike: Pretentiousness, the weakness of the dollar, kids who graffiti on ancient Greek temples

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently, my favorite music groups are The Raveonettes, The Divine Comedy and BRMC. I love to read and will always have a soft spot for Tolkien, especially The Silmarillion. The best movie I've seen in the past few years is Pan's Labyrinth.
