Hi there my name is Dafydd (welsh for David) but as it horrible to spell and say most people just call me Daf (Dav.)
When I was 19 I got very bored with home life and deiced to get a flight to Bangkok and go from there with no exact plan.
Since then I have traveled around SE Asia for 5 months and then as the money run low, came here to Australia to live, work and tour around.
I simply believe the best way to enjoy yourself and get the most out of travelling is to meet up all sort of people and have a good time with them.
I do enjoy just chilling out having a beer and just talking to people find out about them and exploring wherever I find myself. Im not much of cook unless you like the Britsh classic of Beans on Toast, but I do pride myself on my tea making abilities and Im more than happy to help and do some jobs if I stay.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason why is couch surf is to because the best way to see a place is through the eyes of local instead of information center. So you can actually have a sense of not what is like to travel there but to actually live there.
Also as i normal travel by myself it just a great way to meet people.
