ABOUT ME

I am a laid back free thinking individual. Was raised in a small town with most of the community being very similar in all of their ideals and traditions, I have spent most of my life exploring other people and cultures to help myself be a more well rounded human being and more understanding of others so I would not get stuck in the small closed minded lifestyle that some people had where I grew up. Don't get me wrong, I love where I grew up, just always knew there was more out there. I love the outdoors, Snowboarding, Hiking, Backpacking, Rock Climbing and anything in the water ie surfing wake boarding, swimming or just floating a river. I am fascinated by people, I love meeting new people and making friends, this outgoing social perspective has lead me to a career in Sales where I meet new people all the time. I am going back to school and plan to finish my degree so that I can take further steps in my life to expand the opportunities that are available to me.

I surfed on a world tour for a bit. Now that I am retired and no longer a Pro surfer I just help others along their way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed a couch in Puerto Rico for a month, It was before this web site had been born and it was with a friend of a friend, That experience opened me to a new out look on travel though.
