About Me

Cheerful, communicative and easy-going. Spontaneous traveller. City-girl in love with nature. Spending more time in the kitchen than in the bedroom. Yoga passionate. Always happy to listen people’s stories and exchange experiences and thoughts. Last 2 years I spent on the cruise ship travelling the world. Back to Poland god only knows for how long ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that couchsurfing society is made of people sharing the same passions, needs and feelings like me. At the same time I KNOW that we are all different and I want to learn from each person I met this way. This place is an amazing space for meeting extraordinary people changing your life, making new friendships, exchanging cultures and thoughts. I love it!

Interests

Trying to keep weekly routine with swimming, yoga and jogging. It got much harder when I started to travel. But I'm working on it! ;)

Current travel dream: journey through all Indonesian islands, diving, learning local languages, documenting it

This year challenge: learning about nature by painting one plant/animal a day.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: quite wide range of different types of music. I loooooove to discover new bands by accident whether in the cafe (God bless shazam app!) or at the music festival accidentally hitting on randomly chosen concert. Lately listening mostly to electronic music... but Radiohead always in my heart! I'm also up to date with polish music scene, so if You are interested what is going on here, just ask :D

Movies: I'm really into film festivals, as a volunteer I had opportunities to see the most recent productions, but my favourites are most often dramas and documents (u can check my filmweb profile, comedies are not my thing!)

Books: recently all about European history, but crime novels always on the top.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Decision about changing my daily life completely. Packing my belongings to one suitcase, moving to another country with a goal - exploring the world. What I'm currently trying to fulfill ;)

Hitchhiking across Balkans from Istanbul to my hometown. 3 500km, around 70 cars, more than 100 people, infinite number of stories ;) I wanna go back!

Teach, Learn, Share

Critical thinking is a tough skill nowadays. That's the greatest thing I've learnt during my studies. Besides that I can share with you some good recipes, songs, random stories and bad jokes :D

I'm seeking for opportunities to learn new languages and other countries history. Don't hesitate to share it with me, I'm a good listener!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I want you to feel comfortable at my place :) I can share with you food, toiletries, teas (I have it like.. a lot!). You can use my bike if you want. I can show you some nice, non-tourist places. I can definitely spend time with you! I believe we can become friends :)
