Most of the times, people tell me they remember me because of my happiness, energy and smile. And even when some people would like to be remembered by much more than that, I feel amazing being considered as someone who brings a cool, positive vibe to our world.

Ever since I was a kid, I dreamt about traveling around the world; and I'm very glad to see that this dream is starting to come true now. First of all, because I believe that being out of your comfort zone and learning about other ways of looking at the world; is one of the most enriching experiences you could have in your life. Secondly, because whenever I am abroad, I feel like I am representing my country (Colombia), and I want to show a much better and real image about it.

Interests

Languages, Music and Traveling. That's pretty much what defines me. In fact, one of my most common nicknames is "jukebox", because I recognize the rhythm and lyrics of several songs.... And I enjoy it very much: for me, music is one of the basic things one must have in life.

Languages are another thing that define me, being one of my most time-consuming yet passionate hobbies. I love learning even just a few words in different tongues; and I've surprised people more than once with a few words in their language (and apparently, well pronounced!)

And traveling is pretty much why I'm here. Exploring is, in my opinion, the real source of knowledge.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a music addict in all the sense of the world, because without music a day isn't a day for me. I do have a preference for folk, soul and some kinds of pop.... But there is a lot of genres in my music library; and languages!

I have to admit that I haven't seen that many movies; so I can't really speak about them; but I truly enjoy them, because you can "travel" to a completely different place or time within seconds. Which is also what happens with books (and I think they're far better because you have a lot more freedom for your imagination).

I don't have any favorite books, but I enjoy those that tell a story in a very dynamic way; I am not keen on very theoretical books.
