Hi! I am a Brooklyn girl who has travelled much because it is what I love to do most. I have lived in Senegal for 4 months and in France for 2 years. I am currently living back in Brooklyn, NY, working as a musician and as a school nurse part-time. I am also a mother to a seven-year-old girl.

I love world music, and so that is what I create: reggae, tango, klezmer, jazz, and chanson, and I sing in both French and in English. My other babies are my musical groups, my five-piece: the Blue Dahlia, and my trio: the Trio du Monde.

I love people, but also do not like forcing conversation or obligation. I'm super busy, so I am more than happy to meet people, show them around, host them, but unfortunately I cannot always be yours 100%. As long as that's cool with you, I would love to meet more people and share more.

I have always loved traveling and hope to continue, especially since I sometimes play my music out of town. Couchsurfing allows me to travel AND also meet local individuals, which is the BEST way to travel as I see it. I love the exchange, the chance to share new excitements and ideas, and help out.
