ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Dahora Lee, and I'm from South Korea. I'm now a researcher in LG chemistry, and I traveled a lot with Couchsurfing when I was an undergraduate student. I love music and I like to sing, so I was in Chorus for four years. Also, I like to watch plays and musicals. My favorite musical is "AIDA". I'm interested in meeting many kinds of people. Also, I have a open mind!

PHILOSOPHY

My principle is to live fiercely. It means not to neglect my tasks, and not to hesitate to challenge. I have many premature aspects yet, so I want to develop them. I want to continue my challenges!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I read about CS in the korean book for traveling. The book said, it was great opportunity to know CS, and they had fun with their new friends. Therefore, I wanna be one of the CS group members.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed many times. In 2010, Geneva, Paris, Berlin, Luzern, and in 2011, Verona, Paris, Bordeau, Milano, Nice, Lisbon, Coimbra, Santiago and so on. I really thanks for my great friends. I have a huge interest in couchsurfing, and I want to participate actively.

Interests

I'm interested in music. I really like to sing, and my favorate genre is moden rock. Also, I'm interested in dancing, drawing pictures, taking pictures, and so on.

However, I'm not good at any physical activity. So, I don't like to enjoy sports, except skating. Actually, I'm not good at skating, but it is very exciting.

I like watching sport games. I went to see a baseball game last year, and I really like it. Additionally, I like to see the soccer game and basketball game. These are really dynamic and fun!

Also, I'm interested in traveling. I'm desirous of going a trip, but I couldn't go to a long trip. However, this summer, I'll go to europe with my friend! I'm very looking for that day!

I like to meet people with different culture and carry out cultural exchange. Although there will be some cultural differences between us, it doesn't matter, because I have an open mind. What's holding you back?

My favorite movie is "If only". I love modern rock. My favorite book is 'Sauve-moi' by Guillaume Musso who is favorate auther from France.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Because I was in chorus in our university, I had a lot of concert. However, the most memorable concert was the periodical concert in 2009 in the fall semester. The reason was that I got a solo part of "My strongest suit", which is my favorite song from musical "AIDA". I sang at the auditorium in our university, and my friends truely liked my song! it was a really unforgettable and great event in my life!
