ABOUT ME

Me and my girlfriend finished our studies at the university in spring 2007 and we decided that now is the best time to get out there and travel a bit.

We both are big snowboarding enthusiasts and Whistler, Canada seemed the perfect place for season 07/08.
After the long winter shredding powder, it was time to surf some waves in Hawaii where we stayed for a month.

08/09 season I was riding in Hafjell, Norway. Earning some money for the next trip NYC-Miami-Puerto Rico-Boston.

Currently we both back at the Uni for our Masters degrees. Hope to go for a exchange year somwhere in Europe (hopefully close to some mountains).

Me and my girlfriend are both very laid back, friendly and travel enthusiastic people always looking out for the next big adventure.

We are very active and like different types of extreme sports. We're also interested in different cultures, meeting cool people and trying out new things. We are open for all the adventures the world has to offer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Best CS experience for me was in Hawaii. We met really awesome people (Jeremy and Nikos) and had just a really really good time.

Some other Estonian CS guys were planning to go to Hawaii too so I was able to help them out with some contacts for CS hosts.

Music: I listen to rock, nu-metal, metalcore. I also enjoy other types of electronic music like d'n'b, electro and dub step.

Books: I have been getting into books more and more lately. E.g: Scar Tissue, Musta Pori Näkku, Pipe Dreams, How to win friends and Influence people, Sinine on su taevas...

Mari-Liis: she like all types of music but not my metal stuff :D She once came to a Limp Bizkit concert with me though!
