About Me
About me?? OK! let´s talk about me!
I grew up in La Plata, a small but pretty cool city in Argentina. As I was 17, I lived in Germany for a year as an exchange student and I met a lot of people from all over the world, learned many things about different countries and cultures. That´s how I fell in love with Wanderlust (that´s how German call the love for travelling!)! Since then, I love meeting people from other places, sharing and exchanging experiences, time and good moments. I like to go out and have fun, to sing, laugh a lot and experiment new things (food, specially!)
I think that´s pretty much my idea of life!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think it´s a great opportunity to get to know new people and keep learn about different worlds!
Interests
I love everything related to other cultures and new things (I must say, specially Brazilian). Music, dances, food (oh, I love food!), drinks, and everything different from what I know. I study Portuguese at the University of La Plata and I will also study English very soon. I reeeeally love it!!!!
I like dancing very much, going out to grab a beer with friends (old, new or potential), biking and walking, specially in "nature" and quiet places.
Singing, and making music with others makes me soo happy! trying to learn how to play an instrument (unsuccessfully, due to my lack of patience for it) too!! :D
Yoga is another thing that makes me feel great, I think it´s a really interesting and nice philosophy and try to apply it in my life (and too share it with others) as much as I can.
I like listening to music (many different styles and genres), watching movies and series and just walking around without any plan.
Last but not least, I laugh a lot, I think a day without laughter is a lost day (I guess I stole that phrase, but I truly agree!).
Music, Movies, and Books
I am really into music, I like many different styles and genres. from Argentinian typical music to rock and flamenco, going through forró, salsa, reggae and punk. So any musical advice is welcome!
Even I´m not a total movies fan, I always enjoy watching a movie, (preferably with a chocolate, popcorn and/or wine) :)
I like reading, specially when I´m travelling!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I would say, going to Europe alone when I was a teenager, traveling around by myself and staying a year there, away from everything and everyone I knew. It really blew my mind, and changed my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think teaching, learning and sharing might be the most important things (also laughter!) to do in life. And you can do it at anytime! I like learning everything (I´m pretty curious) and teaching everything that I know.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my ideas about life, my language knowledge, a little bit about yoga, and some nice experiences. I can also share some musical moments, cook for those who are interested in eating (probably) good food, fun and a lot of curiosity, to find out and discover new things.
