Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing has been a wonderful place to meet fabulous people and build great friendships! I will probably be forever in debt to Couchsurfing for helping me out in hard times and the people I've met. I try to be an active community member, meet people to show the places I know, organise weekly meetings in my city and attend the events that other people create and finally travel with couchsurfing to see the country/city from a local perspective and culture. When I have a chance to host people, I will definitely do that so other people could feel this too!

Interests

I'm generally an active person and always up for something. I like learning new things and read about the topics that interest me (book, articels, courses..). Recently my interest shifted towards personal growth and healthy lifestyle. And I never forget my passions: music (playing, dancing, listening..), traveling (broadening my mind along the way..) and science (that's my main profession..).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: electronic (edm, trance, house, techno..) and classical (I grew up with it).
Books: fantasy, science fiction, personal growth, educational, historical, romance. My favorite ones are "Lord of the Rings" series and a guide for life - "A monk who sold his Ferrari". And many more.. just ask me for recommendations or better recommend me something.
Movies: fantasy, romance, action, thriller. Basically it needs to have a great meaning or quality. I love the movies which give you food for thought. My favorite one is Mulen Rouge (yep, I am a hopeless romantic).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been kissed by the Pope John Paul II (this is probably a blessing for life!).
I've stopped biting my nails two years ago (and I've done that all my life...).
Started meditating everyday and living the life full of gratefulness!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my stories of travels (I can't get lost on this topic..), my interests, teach you how to play music and share my opinions on any life area... I really love to get into deep conversations and meaningful topics. With these discussions both parties are broadening their minds, see different perspectives and questions their own belief systems.
I really love to learn new things (could be anything really) and I'm trying to learn german language as one of the priorities.
