I'm cutting ties with my Midwest lifestyle to hit the road for a few months before relocating to North Carolina with my boyfriend. I'm a reformed ballerina turned rock climber, and love hiking, backpacking, dirtbaggin', and ice climbing.

I love meeting new people, swapping stories, and sharing experiences.

My parents took several dirtbag trips across Europe in the 80s when they were my age and made friends that are now like family -- it'd be pretty cool to do the same :)

I'm known to quote a lot of The Office and Parks & Rec, and recent favorite movies include Arrival, Manchester by the Sea (wow was that depressing), and my all time favorites include Moonstruck, Garden State, Little Miss Sunshine, Across the Universe, Rear Window, and anything with Tom Hanks.

I'm currently reading Shusterman's "Unwind" series --- super creepy!

Just returned from my first ice climbing trip to Ouray, CO -- loved every minute of it :)
