Exploring in nature and discovering cities. I studied architecture because I love the way the environments that we are in can have such a big impact on our mood and energy. I also studied nutrition because our bodies are our vessel to explore and experience this world so I felt it was important learn about how they work and how to best look after ourselves... Living in peace with all that is.
