ABOUT ME

Graduate student at NYU originally from Beijing.

A traditional Chinese guy at heart; but quite open-minded in general. Before I came to the US, I was living in Beijing for the past 7 years and loved that city. Now I'm here in the US, and I've found no matter I'm among Chinese people, or American people, that we're more alike than different, although there are indeed plenty of intriguing differences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By friendly providing a place for couch surfers to crash and crash at other couch surfers' when I am on the road. How else could I participate? :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted when I was living in Beijing, I had a good time getting to know two gentlemen who were from Canada and Cyprus.

I love movies, most types of music, having conversations with people about cultural differences or food preferences.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I wouldn't say there are things I've done that are 'amazing', because of my inner modesty. But I've seen my friends working really hard for the lives they want and they are getting closer and closer to making their dreams come true, which I think is pretty amazing.
