About Me

I'm living in a shared apartment with one awesome roommate, who's traveling a lot himself. He obviously has to agree to me hosting strangers in our flat, so only request our couch if you think there's no better host for you. In that case, shoot me the best request you've ever sent and I'll try my best to convince him.
Our building has a concierge and strict rules on not handing out keys, so you'll have to wait until I come from work in order to get back into the apartment. It's also requiring a pretty annoying sign-up process a week ahead of time for visitors staying more than 3 nights, so 3 nights is the max. I'll host.

I ...

... usually do not sleep before midnight

... like the spring more than summer

... never eat fish or sea fruits

... often forget the time immediately after looking at the clock

... prefer playing board games over video games

... even use a calculator to count "8+2"

... have to sneeze when being in the same room with a cat

... have acrophobia on chairs and desks ...

... but no problems on high buildings with a railing

... am a bit geeky - but that's ok :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had great experiences with my couchsurfers, and I've always had amazing host. I'm really happy that I got the chance to meet those people.

I simply hope it'll continue like that. Couchsurfing just is a different way of traveling and it adds so much to the overall experience of a journey, to not only see new places but also get to know new people and their view on their home town.

I do not only enjoy surfing couches when I'm traveling, but also to host people - which nowadays mostly depends on my roommate... I'm happy to provide a queer -friendly couch, as I know that especially for members of the LGBT community this kind of safe space is important.
