ABOUT ME

If you want to find me try searching the forest or the lake...
I love the outdoors!!! It´s so wonderful out there with all the elements!
Taking my kayak out on a lake or ocean somewhere.
Camping, hiking, swimming, picnicking, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding ...or just lying in the moss enjoying life!
It´s fun to visit a big city once in a while but I appreciate my walking distance to a lake and lots of forest very much!

Something more could be... Open, positive, curious, honest, non-snoring...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

This is a beautiful memory from the end of the summer in the Swedish forest...
I was alone, lying in my sleeping bag on the ground surrounded by blueberries...watching all the stars come out as it got darker and darker. Listening to the forest going to bed, keeping my ears open for a very special sound from a beautiful animal that I knew might be around... And suddenly, there it was, one of the wolves were howling!!! It was a beautiful moment!
I fell asleep for a few hours and when I woke up once about 3am I took a deep breath and howled....and the whole family answered me just a few hundred meters away! A magical night!

I´m doing a Sama Yoga teacher training right now and would love to share/teach/learn some yoga!
I also do facial reflexology, a really nice, deep and relaxing tratment. Reaches the whole body from the face.
Would love to share nature, kayaking, cooking....
