I've spent most of my life on the road and never tire of meeting people and experiencing different cultures
I lived many years in France and The Netherlands which were more or less a base between travels.
I don't think I'll ever stop my wandering
I now live in a small cottage in the Peak District UK and its a great area for walking and other outdoor activities. Not too far from Sheffield or Manchester for shopping or going out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to make friends and I feel that couch surfing can be far more fulfilling for both host and surfer. It's a great alternative to being a stranger everywhere I go and also having people drop in and stay a few days when they are lucky enough to find me at home

Young in spirit, I feel I have lived an interesting life and made interesting travels and experiences.
Everyone is different and I find I have much to share but its different from one person to the next. I can meet one person and find it hard to get to know them and then again I can meet someone else and find we get on so well we can talk for hours.
