About Me

Hi there! I am from a beautiful city named Ensenada, in Mexico (just in the northwest corner of the country). I am a person who loves science, tennis, and drink a good coffee or a glass of wine.
I was studying in Porto, Portugal, during august 2015-july 2016, and stayed until January 2017 for an internship. Definitely the best experience of my life!

I am an introspective, reflexive and open minded person, I want to make a big impact on the people around me, for good.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to know new people from all over the world and together with my time in Porto, Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to do so. The opportunity to be a representative of my country, and bring others a little of what is Mexico, excites me so much!

Interests

I want to become a science and science & technology manager, an underdeveloped activity in my country, and cause a change in Mexico.
I like to read interesting diverse topics.
My favorite sport is tennis, and my favorite tennis player is Federer.
I am not a cinephile, and most of my interests fit in pop culture, or I think so.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love The Killers and Coldplay; I also like Café Tacvba, The Shins, Regina Spektor, Radiohead, Daft Punk and a lot of single songs from various bands.
My favorite movies are Forrest Gump, Primer, Italian Job, V for Vendetta, Donie Darko, Constantine and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
My favorite book is Le petit prince; but another books that I like so much are Fahrenheit 451, 1981, The Aleph and Ficciones (Borges), Demian and Steppenwolf (Hesse), and The Unbearable Lightness of Being (Kundera)!
