Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i only found out about Couch Surfing through a friend this summer. Would like to host and be hosted. Have also met up with visiting travelers and really enjoyed it. So message me if you need someone to go out with.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

have stayed with others. It was an awesome experience. I have also hosted a couple of people ranging in length from 1 night to several weeks.

I enjoy reading, jogging, hiking, playing scrabble, soccer, cooking (even though I can't), and visiting new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite movies include: Spellbound, Atame, Tesis, Lovers of the Arctic Circle, Disney's Aladdin, The Lives of Others, Moulin Rouge, and Chernobyl Heart. I have a special fondness for Spanish Pop music, Classical, country and Folk examples include Rosana, Julietta Venegas, La 5a estacion, Ray Lamontagne and Stoney Larue. As for books, I enjoy novels and nonfiction texts focusing on linguistics, religion, and history. Favorites works include The Cask of Amontillado, Fountainhead, The Feminine Mystique, Where the Red Fern Grows, The Cherry Orchard, Night, and Jacob have I Loved.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've seen is a group of young boys diving off Cuba's Malecon. It had been my dream for 10 years to visit Cuba. One day I just up and left.
