About Me
Hello all around,
I love to travel, I moved to Taiwan in October 2016.
Despite I'm really into exotic countries (I lived in China lol) I love to meet like-minded, young/old and fun people on my journey. I would even say it is one of the best part of traveling.
Some facts about me:
I'm adventures, always nice, and actually just the girl from next door ;)
I have graduated in medical engineering (I still think this "u are german, u must study engineering" is not true....all germans I've met on my journey study economic sh**)
See you
Sarah
PHILOSOPHY
Traveling forces you to do things you have never imagined you would do. It is kind of brutality. You trust strangers and make you leave familiar comfort like home and things you are used to. Nothing belongs to you anymore, but essential things - air, sleep, dreams, nature, sea,..
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have made amazing experiences with couchsurfing. It's cool to have locals (or people who moved to a new city) around who show you the city or simply hang out, tell you stories and introduce you to their social life.
I already surfed in China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Brazil, Colombia and Taiwan...I won't forget any moment!
- I can't host, but maybe later in the future! But I am ready to take you out, when you are in my hometown, Stuttgart or somewhere around. -

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There are so many great moments.
#Wander through the beauty of Acadia Nationalpark (Maine, US)
#Driving car in Las Vegas ;)
#Eating 1kg peanutbutter ice cream cup in the jakuzi (California)
#Living a moment in another dimension (diving -Thailand Koh Tao)
#Fullmoon party (Thailand - Koh Phangan)
#Decide today to visit Singapore and Malaysia, leave the day after tomorrow (being spontaneous never hurt somebody)
#Being simply fucking lost in China (amazing and I would recommend)
#Meeting another traveler on the other end of the world, decide to travel with that person for the next 22 days :D (Singapore/Malaysia)
#Going to feet massage center in the middle of the night (Shanghai)
#Running away from a taxi (Brazil) - not so amazing, more proud of me (I had to, the driver was lost and didn't care about it)
#Riding a horse who took me with my backpack to the camp of Tayrona Nationalpark in Colombia
#Sleeping 3 nights in a hamock in the middle of the jungle (Tayrona, Colombia)
....I can just continue like that.....
In total I lived a year in China and this was the best choice I have ever made!
In 2016 October I moved from good old Germany to Taiwan!!! :D

What I Can Share with Hosts
I think that most of the hosts are passionate traveler, too, and share the same opinion than me. They know how it feels like while traveling, the freedom, happyness and the moments when you grow! It's hard to share those moments with family or friends who haven't gone through these experiences.
