International student from China(but so bad at math and like drinking more than average Chinese A LOT)
Studying at Western University, just finished my first year study of sociology, history, philosophy, geography and political science. I'm a cool and easy going person, didn't have much chance to travel before I come to study in Canada but doing that as much as possible right now;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just begin my journey of hope can travel over the world and I believe something more important than the number of the place I have been to is the experience of meet people on my way and get to know different culture, and couchsurfing without double is the best starting point, so hope I could though couch surfing get to know people in different place, and to feel the city or the local culture more.

Interests

I like different type of dance but Salsa dance the most,
Playing piano is something I would do most time when I'm free
like to wander around in a totally strange city just follow my whims and google map,
like cooking but don't actually know how to,
enjoy different culture and love to hear story about it,
love having conversations with people of those controversial topics cuz it's just so much fun to exchange ideas,
Meeting fun people and hopeful become their coolest Chinese friend is the ultimate goal hahah

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like jazz and blues a lot, but listening a lot French chanson and Spanish salsa music recently, not a fan of pop music
Movies: except horror movies like The Ring enjoy any other movies

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visit Quebec City alone in the coldest days there, and don't know any French besides bonjour, but it was probably my best new year eve ever.

I will study political science and sociology as my two major next semester. Foundation stage of study philosophy, and quit good at history.
Trying to learn some French and Spanish for my future exchange study to other countries (hope so), willing to learn more fun stuff and would love to try new thing
