About Me

When I couchsurf, I am respectful of any house rules, not traveling with pets and am not a smoker. When I host, I hope for mutual respect between us and that maybe I can share my knowledge of the area with travelers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In 2020 I took a big trip across the US and wanted to reduce costs wherever I could. I haven't personally had the opportunity to host yet, but have lived in a house where my roommate hosted surfers and loved getting to meet new people. Now that I live in my own small apartment in South Korea, I would like to return the favor to any travelers who may visit my city.

I feel like I have a mixed bag of interests but I was able to list most of the highlights!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most subgenres of rock music, some rap, a bit of indie, and some kpop. Live music is always fun.

I am very interested in books and audiobooks. A lot of historical fiction, sci-fi, and nonfiction books recently.

I love comedy movies, dramas, and horror movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've crossed many things off of my bucket list so far. Climbing the Great Wall, skydiving, swim with a sea turtle, sew clothing that I can wear, see a movie at a drive in theater, learn to play cello... The list of large and small accomplishments is always growing!

Maybe the most noteworthy was "Visit all of the cities in the US called 'Dallas,'" but Im still dreaming to expand that to all of North America since I've got to see the two in Canada sometime as well!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning whether it be from stories or lectures. I'm fascinated by anyone who lives passionately and in the moment, because that's how I aspire to be as well. As long as you are open to learning and progression, good things will always come!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'll be happy to sign your couch guestbook if you have one! I can help you finish puzzles, pet your animals, or listen to and share fun travel stories. 😊

During my January 2020 Dallas Trip, I made a point to get some toothpaste tablets for the journey because of how travel friendly they are. At first it just happened to come up in conversation with my hosts, and I was happy to offer a sample to anyone interested. Now it has become a tradition for me to share my toothpaste with almost all of my hosts. 🤷‍♀️🤣 (Maybe I'll keep it going when I become a host myself!!)
