About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoying the warm weather in Chicago

ABOUT ME

My friends would say that I am extremely inquisitive and sincerely interested in people and my surroundings. A good listener who loves to sit and chat for hours on end. Not afraid to express opinion, but also respects the rights of others and openly strives to further own opinion through other people. An active person who doesn't mind the hustle-and-bustle of life, but also loves quaint, low-key environments.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe no matter what our views on religion, politics, wars etc. Or our background and cultural differences, we are all people and we all share a common bond. We all are curious of other people and their customs, but sometimes we are too afraid to ask.

Interests

I enjoy being receptive to my environment and understanding the world around me. I love reading, traveling, having discourse and just discovering on a daily basis. I am very active and can be driven to complete a task. I am independent, but enjoy company and seeing how people view the world different than me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I remember the first time a teacher challenged my viewpoints and it made my question my entire system of ideals and ideology. From that point on, I challenged myself to be a sponge to all sides of an argument and understand the fundamental principles in which people base their lives.

My second moment would be skiing in Utah. Over 12,000 ft in the air, you gain this organic perspective on life and grow through a sense of serenity in nature. It's such a powerful force that makes you become introspective about your significance in the grand scheme of life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn as much as I possibly can through travel and broadening my horizons with the help of the great people in the Couchsurfing network. If I can teach you something, great. But I will be fully content with learning from each-- and every one -- of you.
