ABOUT US

We are a little crazy family resident in Berlin. Travelling around the world and knowing new cultures is a big passion for the four of us!
Damian is first of all a musician, enthusiastic music teacher and father. Irene has been working in the last years in a language school and her passion are languages and cultures of the world. Saya is a tiny traveler and already CS expert and Elián celebrated his first birthday one month ago in his first long trip 😁.
Damian comes from Buenos Aires and Irene from Saronno (like the Amaretto, near Milano) but our common origin is in Sicily, near Siracusa!
We met in Berlin in 2010, Saya was born in 2015 and Elián in 2018.

This time we want to travel Argentina and reach "the End of the World" (Tierra del Fuego) and then go north through the Andes, its glaciers and volcanos. As this time we're four, we're traveling with our tiny mobile home, the motorhome which we shipped from Germany!

PHILOSOPHY

Love and respect are the basics of our philosophy of life. Everyone has something to give, to say, and every situation in life has something for us to learn.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Some years ago we found with Couchsurfing the best way to travel and to really know the culture, the daily "normal" life of the locals and of course, the people itself! Dami was a guest in Italy, Switzerland and Germany and Irene used it in Spain and Portugal.
Since we are a family we discovered it again in the north of Argentina (Salta and Tilcara) and really loved the experience of being a CS family. We want to go on with it!!

Música, películas y libros

Dami loves rock, above all the argentinian rock. As a music lover he also likes classical music and jazz, but specially enjoys to discover the musics from all around the world.
Irene is a big fan of movies and literature. She likes all the stories that leave a message and help to dream and know more about the world.
