Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting locals and spending a little time in their homes adds a whole 'nother depth to travel. Without it, I feel like I'm just skimming the surface of a place. Plus I love to travel solo, which means lots of opportunities to meet interesting people on the road and hear their stories.

I try to make the most of my free time. This means books and board games instead of TV, adventures every summer weekend, and as much travel as possible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm really proud of the non-profit I started here in Victoria called "Walk On, Victoria". We advocate for a walkable city and we're now 3 years old and going strong.
