Hi! My name is Damian, nice to meet you! I'm currently 24 years old, and doing an internship in Okinawa, Japan.
My day-to-day job implies studying the biology of plants on DNA level, which is very exciting to me, as this research often helps farmers and consumers of fruits, vegetables, and staple crops around the globe :)
I have many hobbies, among which loads of sports (my family has always been very fond of sports, that's why :)) such as badminton, dancing, soccer, basketball and more!
People often describe me as curious (I love learning in general), easy-going and helpful!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wrote a proposal for research on mushrooms that got granted (got funding)!
The research helps mushroom growers to have more stable income, as it focuses on ensuring high quality mushrooms. Within four years (after the research is finished) the results benefit mushroom producers all over the world, and I am very happy to have contributed to this cause.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some of the languages, or sports, simple magic card tricks :)
I am interested in learning about anything really, ^-^
Like I said, I am a very curious person and will never stop learning :D
At the moment, I really interested in learning Japanese, as I am saying in Japan for 6 months.
