I solo traveled for the first time at the start of 2016 and, then I moved to Melbourne alone. Four months of work in Melbourne made me desperate to escape the profit-first philosophy, so I quit and booked a one way ticket to Europe.

Now I am making my way around Europe discovering new things about the world and trying to figure out how to fit into it.

I am a reserved person at first; I will prefer to listen, think and ask questions. When you happen upon a topic/sentiment/thought which I have pondered I hope I will express my opinion eloquently!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While staying at hostels you can meet awesome people, and I have met many, but you're unlikely to meet locals.
When I was in Bangkok I, luckily, became friends with many locals and the experience I had there was amazing. I went to places that I wouldn't have visited otherwise and learned about life in Thailand from a naturalised perspective.

I love coffee; I roast my own coffee at home, I will search out the best cafes and attempt to describe the flavours in the coffee (I know, I'm weird haha)!

If there is an interesting dish in your town, I want to know. If there is a nice market place in your town, I want to know. If you are willing to teach me to cook something, I would love that!

My interests in art, poetry, philosophy and language are young and related--I like elegant expression and I enjoy discovering expressions of experiences.
