Sports, the outdoors, cold water immersion, nutrition, my dog, reading, hiking, pints of guinness, sarcasm, wind and rain on a beach, lifting heavy things, travel, grass, Connemara, the fairer sex, nature, pubs, camping, becoming a supple leopard, food, cycling, self improvement, conditioning, photography, the coast, animals, eccentrics, learning new interesting shit.......

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed Kili, trekked to the mountain gorillas, inca trail, slept on the rim of two of 5 lava lakes in the world in Ethiopia and The DRC, spent 2 weeks trekking 200kms above 4000m in Afghanistan, ran 6 marathons in 6 days across the Sahara desert self-supported in the MdS, rowed solo and unsupported across the Atlantic ocean in 63 days, 16 years as a pro rugby player, i suppose that could be put here.
