I am an enthusiastic and openminded person, curios to know. Have travelled around Europe and many countries of the world, did PhD in Philosophy, stayed in Ashrams to learn Yoga and Meditation in India for a very long time. I was not in Couchsurfing for the last 10 years :) I was into Yoga and travelling to India and staying in ashrams but now I am back to visit the world again

This site is a great option for us to show that there is a possibility that we can changeour perspectives, worldviews, that HONESTY, RESPECT and FRIENDLINESS are REAL and we are all travelers and guests in this planet.

Zainteresowania

I have been teaching Yoga for more than 10 years and praciticing for 20 years. I was a research assistant in University, did PhD in Philosophy but lately my interest turned into Eastern philosophies. I teach Meditation, Yoga and Vedanta philosophy, Pranayama (Breathing Teechniques). I have a Yoga school and giving teacher trainings as well. At the same time we are building a retreat center in Turkey, perhaps one day we can meet there!

Of course Vedas, Upanishads, Tao, Sufism, all kinds of mystical Eastern philosophies. I find them totally impressive....
Movies: Ferzan Ozpetek, Bertolucci, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Kim ki Duk, Kieslowski movies are the ones right now I can remember

Being able to breathe at every single second , what else could it be? :DD

But apart from that I can say I still remember with a smile the Interrail I did in my 20s, and stayed in many countries of Europe with Couchsurfing.

I have travelled to Ladakh, which has the highest motorpass of the Eart, 5200 metres!
