Overview
About Me
Born in Iran, raised in SoCal, and cold in New England for almost a decade now.
I thought I wanted to work in the ivory tower and study literature before joining a teacher preparation program that threw me into special education.
When not working, I enjoy playing and watching soccer and meeting new people, especially meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Since moving to New England, I've joined the Appalachian Mountain Club and like to go winter hiking and camping. (Mount Washington = shrine). I've also gotten into surfing, but I'm a liability to others in the water.
