Hi!
I'm Dan, living in Brno, Czech 2nd largest city, and was born in Ostrava (3rd largest). I study Cybernetics on BUT and also work as Computer vision researcher slash developer. I really enjoy staying outdoors hiking, climbing or just chilling in the city park. I did a lot of swing dancing (mainly Lindy Hop, but Shag is da best!) back in the days but still visit a social from time to time. I also like to juggle with a lot of things, but my favorite is Poi spinning, even made a pair of charcoal pois by myself, so fire is not the enemy here. In terms of music I play guitar pretty well. I like to make things with my hands in general, this summer break I fermented home-made wine from cherries and elderberries (I hope "fermented" is right word), and for the autumn there I want build finnish sauna at our cottage. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I guess the same thing as all of us - meeting people. Also I want to give something back for all those guys who picked me up while I was hitchhiking and those who letted me sleep in their homes.
