About Me

Hey Folks, just your average Canadian here. I'll treat your dwelling with the utmost respect and care, as any decent traveller should. Your house, your rules. I'm an extrovert if you want to go out and have fun, and can turn into a serious introvert if I'm inside with a laptop or good book, so I don't know what I am. If you're a busy person, just let me throw my bag down, and I'll figure out activities and make my own plans. Travelling has made me fiercely independent, so it's not a problem. If you've got free time, then let's have fun. I try to be a YES Man as much as possible, so whatever you want to do, I'm game. Want to party? Let's go. Want to explore? Let's go. Want to sit inside and talk books? Let's do it. Board games? Hell yeah. Movies? Let's watch. Adventure? For sure. Sports? Of course. Video games? Love em. Wandering around the city? Oh yeah. Museums? Fuck yeah. Culture? Teach me everything you got. Food? Nothing I don't like. Music? Everything. Skydiving? Why not? Trekking? What kind of traveller doesn't like trekking? Kayaking? Ya. Rafting? Bro. Beers? Magic. Just water? I love water. Religion? Teach me. Ski and snowboard? I'll teach you... This can go on forever.

So... Where shall we start?

P. S. Travelling can be expensive, so the only things I'll say no to are things I can't afford. I don't expect any travellers to break the bank going on adventures with me either, so let's try our best to keep costs down.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Gonna be honest, it saves money. You're lying if you don't admit that's an incentive. But another big reason is it shows you a whole new side to a country and it's people. As a tourist you often get stuck doing all the "touristy" things. But what we really want to experience are what the average person like myself goes through. Show me the underground. Show me the nitty gritty. I want to learn about your life. This is the best way to experience the culture.
