Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was watching a TEDx video on YouTube of Tomislav Perko, who was talking about traveling the world, which I have aspirations to do one day.
On the video he discussed about Couchsurfing, I wasn't familiar with the term or what it was before that, so that got me interested. As a somewhat firm believer in karma I tend to host people visiting my country now, and hope that someone will host me as well when I start traveling, while making new friends along the way! :)
