Hey there! I'm Dan, a 22 year old guy from Toronto, Canada, travelling with my younger brother, Dov, who is 18, for 6 weeks in Europe (Jan 27-March 9, 2016).

We are born and raised in Toronto but have travelled a lot around the world. Our dad has property in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, and we have been living there for at least 1-3 months/year for 11 years now. We have travelled to / lived briefly in these different countries: New Zealand, Australia, Cuba, Israel, Jordan, England, France, USA, South Africa, and Mexico. We understand how to be respectful of other people's spaces as we have experienced living in many different countries with a variety of people.

I have been out of high school for 4 years now, working different jobs in restaurants and as a bike courier. This summer I biked from Toronto to Montreal in 5 days (600km)... We love music. I wanted to become a music radio show host when I was out of high school, but instead started a youth concert company to have concerts that youth could attend. I started it for my brother's band "Professor H & The Bandits". Now I am looking to start school to do environmental studies or training to become a pilot. My brother is going to school in the fall for Sociology, Philosophy, and Music. Dov (my brother) plays piano and is just starting to record his music.

We are very kind people who are friendly and sociable yet respectful. We would be quiet in your space when needed (at night), and are happy to abide by rules you may have in your house. I can't think of much else apart from thank you for letting us stay with you and we would love to make new friends where we stay!
