Though I love travelling and have lived abroad quite a bit... I'm a newbie here.
I decided to pause my life and have a sabbatical half-year or so and travel, rest, adenture.
Initially I studied theology, then became an organisational development supervisor and worked in the corporate sector for over a decade as trainer, coach and mediator, for a while as a financial consultant as well... only to discover that my gift lies in tactile therapies and my purpose is to help people feel home in their bodies.
So now I do and teach lomi lomi, a beautiful Hawaiian form of bodywork, I'm a cuddle therapist and also offer healing tantra sessions.
With my team in London we are specialised in a form of lomi lomi that takes up several hours, sometimes a whole day and is carried out in a multiple handed version (2, 3 or 4 of us working on the same person).
At the moment these transformational sessions are at the core of exploring and realising my purpose.

Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

There is a beauty of a trip on your own... but no place become really "home" until we connect to them through other human beings.
I have travelled and lived in many countries... and have always appreciated the connectedness that happened through meeting and hanging out with local people - that is how you discover the real face of a place.

Some classics like Sting, U2, Joao Gilberto, James Taylor and Peter Gabriel... less famous like Lynyrd Skynyrd and Jethro Tull, some even less known Hungarian guys like LGT or After Crying and then of course reggea, I love Ben Harper and various ethno-fusion-trance-dance kind of musics.
Fav movies are Contact, Stardust, Avatar, Matrix...
... and I guess book is the Petit Jean L'horizon from Simone Shcwartzbart though it has been quite a while I have read it :-)

I started writing a book in 2003 and during the series of lockdown I had time and inspiration to finish and publish it after 17 years.
It wasn't that much about who will ever read it at all... it was more about the completion of a project that symbolised for me the closing of a chapter of my life and starting a new one.

I teach lomi lomi... that is I guess the biggest source of joy in my life.

I have also written a book on a simple yet powerful breathing practice I called the Here and Now Breathing Practice... and I share quite often with people how it goes.

I'm playing the didgeridoo and have learnt a basic version of the circular breathing and I would love to learn the next step... so I could play more complex things on it.
