37 year old male in a relationship who likes to travel the world (and beyond if that was possible ;-). I have a very demanding job as a principal consultant at a Dutch consulting firm. When I'm not working, I like to spend quality time with my girlfriend, our two cats or friends. I like cooking, wine, series, movies, classical art, music and festivals too. Avid road cyclist and tech and gadget freak.

I'm a travel chameleon who thrives in luxury, but also simple accommodations or budget breakaways. My favourite travel destinations are in South-east Asia: Thailand en Singapore stole my heart. Coming up in 2017: Japan.

For my 2016 adventure trip, I plan to cycle almost 2000 kilometres solo on St James's Way from Haarlem, the Netherlands, to Santiago de Compostella in Spain (via Belgium and France) in September. I will be looking for couches to stay along the route.
