My name is Dan Tribe, vegetarian, from Hull, England. I have lived here all my life and when I actually decide how I want to start my adult life, I may leave it.

I have quite a dark and nihilistic sense of humour. I'm generally quite chilled out person, spend most of my nights with a beer or smoke watching films, but is very rare I get to do this with like-minded people, so if your up for a beer and a film discussion, I'm your guy!

I'm up for new experiences, being taken out of my comfort zone and experiencing other people's way of life, culture and how they like to relax.

I want to travel the world, experience new ways of life and cultures, I'm sick of ignorance and elitism so would love to enjoy the company of like minded people who don't bask in their own glory and want to share their experiences and lessons learnt in life.

Watching Films, filmmaking, drinking, Smoking, Animals (I have 2 cats), board games, games consoles, the occasional local metal/punk show.

I often have last minute bouts of what I call "creative ingenuity", (others may disagree) so will often start small meaningless projects.

Quite varied, I grew up listening to a lot of Punk/Metal/Hardcore but will literally listen to anything.

Converge, Black Breath, Mastadon, Celeste, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Explosions in the sky, Mogwai, If these Trees Could Talk, Tycho, Norma Jean, The Chariot, Enemies, The XX, Daughters, Chvrches, And so I watch you from afar.

MOVIES:

I Like quite dark films, generally Horrors that could list for days, but not limited to.

Angel-A, 12 Angry Men, Ex-Machina, Brick, Fight Club, Dr Strangelove, Johnny got his Gun, Prestige, Evil Dead II, Army of Darkness, District 9, The Thing, Batman Begins, Angel-A, The Orphanage, V for Vendetta, The Watchmen, Under the Skin, Memento, Prisoners, Breathless, The Exorcist, American Psycho, Pan's Labyrinth, 45 years, Tyrannosaur, Dead Man's Shoes, The Blair Witch, Donnie Darko. - to name but a few.

I'm currently spending a lot of time watching documentaries to which I am open to suggestions.

BOOKS:

I don't read a lot of Novels per say, a lot of my reading goes into Cocktail books, autobiographies, documented cases, comics and filmmaking.

The small amount of Novels I have enjoyed in the past:
Nineteen Eighty-Four, I am Legend, Dracula, Frankenstein, The Wasp Factory, Harry Potter series, The Hobbit, The Silk House, Gone Girl.
