I am a recent college graduate living in my hometown of Columbia, MD, volunteering as a translator, and looking for work.

The strongest thing is to be gentle. I strive to be a constructive, considerate contributor.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed with a number of people across the US and have had great experiences with them. I try to get others involved in couchsurfing, and I am really looking forward to hosting when I have my own place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with 4 different small groups of people in Austin, TX, a young couple in Las Vegas, an LA man and two Canadian women in Los Angeles, and a Louisiana woman in Boise, ID.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music. I am an amateur musician and love playing around with music too. Movies I also like. I prefer movies with character depth and real development. I like mostly nonfiction books and short poetry, but I am learning to get more into novels as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked on a farm with 15 other workers in Southern Florida and traveled with them afterwards

Teach, Learn, Share

I know how to speak English, and also intermediate Spanish and Korean. I could probably help you learn some of any of these languages. I would also love to learn some of whatever language you speak. I am interested in Buddhism and social justice and would love to talk with you about these thoughts and learn from you too.
