CURRENT MISSION

Settling in, loving, and exploring Aotearoa. I recently returned from a long and marvelous jaunt overseas, and became immeasurably homesick. I'm so glad to be home and i cant wait to share this magic place with others!

Man, i love people... we're a pretty awesome bunch actually. I do find i have an affinity with other travellers, and i love to be inspired by their tales of wonder and woe on the road :)

Tolkiens written works are magnificent, as are Ursula le Guin's. Im rather a fan of Wes Anderson's films, especially 'The Life Aquatic' (but they're all pretty great really!) As for music, i've recently discovered youtube channels KEXP and Tinydeskconcert... if you havent checked them out yet... phew theres a lot to explore there :)

Sunset over Uluru, the sky was sooo clear, you could see the sun hit the horizon and sink, amongst a red and tangerine sky, while all the way across the other side of the horizon the sky was black and stars were shining, it was like a firey red to inky black rainbow dome... then the moon began to rise while the sun was still peeking out, magnificent!

I love to cook vegetarian yummlies, and mash up some lovely espresso, knowledge of which i can share. And once we're suitably caffienated, i can help repair and tune your bicycles (and i enjoy taking on other magyver-ish projects with gusto!) I have a pretty good knowledge of buddhist meditation... we can swap yoga asana's aaaand play with fire together :)
